We are trying to potty train Simone...all I have to say is "Ugh". She doesn't appear to be in a hurry to sit on the potty but she wants to wear her Elmo undies. Yesterday was a day she wanted to wear those undies...You can imagine the rest. After well over 100 days, Dakota is finally getting ready to go home!! WOO HOO! She is weighing more than 6 lbs but better yet, Her vision no longer seems to be a concern for the doctor. I had a post regarding this little girl before. Dakota is off the respirator...is doing well and now weighs over 5 lbs. There are a couple of issues that need more prayer. She is going to need heart surgery to close a hole in her heart that doesn't appear to be closing on its own. Also, a recent eye test reveals that she has no peripheral vision. But the miraculous can happen!

A couple of weeks ago I posted a video of a lovely family who had twins. One did not survive. On Saturday, Dakota, the surviving twin developed pneumonia and had to be put on a respirator. This has put her back in terms of progress but she is a fighter. Please pray.
